ROANIX dioperasikan oleh Thomas Roa dari Indonesia. ROANIX adalah perangkat lunak (business operating system) yang digunakan oleh venue acara dan pernikahan untuk menjalankan operasional mereka — contohnya Aruna Vana Events (arunaevents.id). Venue adalah penyedia jasa bagi klien; ROANIX adalah perangkat lunak yang menjalankannya.
Halaman ini menjelaskan data apa yang kami proses, mengapa, dan dengan siapa data itu dibagikan.

Siapa yang menggunakan ROANIX
Staf venue masuk melalui app.roanix.co. Klien venue masuk melalui "Client Portal" (misalnya cportal.arunaevents.id), setelah diundang lewat email oleh Account Holder mereka.
Data yang kami proses untuk klien
Nama, alamat email, nomor telepon/WhatsApp, detail acara (tanggal, venue, paket), jadwal pembayaran dan bukti transfer yang diunggah, pesan kepada tim venue, serta daftar tamu dan isi undangan yang klien tambahkan sendiri.
Data masuk akun. Kata sandi disimpan hanya sebagai hash satu arah — tidak ada seorang pun yang dapat membacanya. Tersedia pilihan "Sign in with Google": dari Google kami hanya menerima alamat email akun Google Anda untuk memastikan identitas. Kami tidak menerima kontak, Drive, Gmail, atau data Google lainnya, dan kami tidak menyimpan token Google.
Keamanan dan aktivitas. Alamat IP, jenis perangkat/peramban, waktu masuk, dan halaman yang dilihat di portal — agar venue dapat membantu klien dan mencegah penyalahgunaan.
Mengapa kami memproses data ini
Untuk menyelenggarakan layanan acara, menampilkan pembayaran, berkomunikasi, dan menjaga keamanan akun.
Pembagian data
Data hanya dibagikan dengan venue yang menyelenggarakan acara, dan dengan penyedia layanan yang menjalankan sistem kami: Supabase (basis data), Vercel (hosting), dan Resend (email). Kami tidak menjual data dan tidak menggunakannya untuk iklan.

Google API
ROANIX's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Penyimpanan data

Keamanan
Koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS), kata sandi ter-hash, akses dibatasi per venue, dan lima kali kesalahan kata sandi mengunci proses masuk selama 15 menit.
Hukum yang berlaku
Kami mengikuti Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi Indonesia (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi).
Anak-anak
Layanan ini tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah usia 17 tahun.

Bila ada perubahan, kami memperbarui halaman ini dan mengubah tanggal "Terakhir diperbarui" di atas.

About this page
ROANIX is operated by Thomas Roa from Indonesia. ROANIX is a business operating system used by event and wedding venues to run their operations — for example Aruna Vana Events (arunaevents.id). The venue is the client's vendor; ROANIX is the software that runs it.
This page explains what data we process, why, and who it is shared with.

Who uses ROANIX
Venue staff sign in at app.roanix.co. The venue's clients sign in through a "Client Portal" (for example cportal.arunaevents.id), after being invited by email by their Account Holder.
Data we process for clients
Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, event details (date, venue, package), payment schedule and uploaded proof of transfer, messages to the venue team, and guest lists and invitation content that clients add themselves.
Sign-in data. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash — nobody can read them. An optional "Sign in with Google" is available: from Google we receive only your Google account email address, to confirm your identity. We do not receive contacts, Drive, Gmail or any other Google data, and we do not store Google tokens.
Security and activity. IP address, device/browser type, sign-in times and pages viewed in the portal, so the venue can support the client and prevent misuse.
Why we process this data
To deliver the event service, show payments, communicate, and keep accounts secure.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the venue running the event, and with the service providers that host our system: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email). We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Service emails are sent from noreply@roanix.co.
Google API

Retention
Data is kept while the event and any legally required records last. Clients can ask their venue, or ROANIX at thomas@roanix.co, to access, correct or delete their data.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access limited per venue, and five wrong password attempts lock sign-in for 15 minutes.
Law
We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi).
Children
The service is not directed at children under 17.
Changes
If anything changes, we update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
